The Main Dining Room

Defined by striking Edison lighting, elegant chandeliers, and a modern nautical aesthetic, the Main Dining Room offers a beautiful semi-private setting for larger celebrations. The space accommodates up to 60 guests seated or 90 guests for cocktail-style receptions and features a flexible layout ideal for a wide range of event styles.

The Wine & Oyster Bar can be utilized for buffet presentations, elevated hors d’oeuvres displays, or a dedicated private bar experience, while the King’s Table is perfect for VIP seating, curated food stations, or featured beer and wine displays. For larger gatherings, the Main Dining Room may be combined with the Gathering Room to accommodate up to 80 seated guests.

The Gathering Room

Enclosed by glass sliding doors for privacy, the Gathering Room is a refined space ideal for rehearsal dinners, wedding receptions, corporate gatherings, and social celebrations. The room comfortably accommodates up to 42 guests seated or 50 standing.

Design features include reclaimed farmhouse tables, crisp white dining chairs, painted brick walls accented with vibrant nautical artwork, and a wooden hutch ideal for food or beverage displays. Natural light fills the room during the day, while brass chandeliers create a warm, inviting glow in the evening.

For parties requiring additional seating, the glass doors may be opened to include the adjacent Living Room, allowing seating for up to 50 guests total.

The Living Room

Intimate, inviting, and thoughtfully designed, the Living Room is ideal for smaller gatherings seeking privacy and charm. Featuring a farmhouse dining table, soft leather seating, an elegant chandelier, flatscreen television, and floor-length drapery, this space offers a cozy yet refined atmosphere.

Located on the main level and seating up to 8 guests, the Living Room is perfectly suited for private business dinners or relaxed social occasions.

The Sailorman's Lounge

For guests who want to enjoy the energy of Blackwall Hitch’s first-floor dining room while maintaining a semi-private experience, the Sailorman’s Lounge is an excellent choice.

Seating up to 30 guests, this space is ideal for birthday dinners, wedding celebrations, and corporate gatherings, blending vibrant atmosphere with comfort and connection to the heart of the restaurant.

The Wine Room

The Wine Room welcomes guests with a stunning chandelier crafted from fifty-two vintage blue glass bottles suspended above a reclaimed farmhouse table. Bathed in natural light and enclosed by a pocket door for privacy, the space also features elegant white dining chairs and a display hutch perfect for hors d’oeuvres or desserts.

This charming and intimate room is ideal for seated celebrations of up to 10 guests.

The King's Table

A favorite for casual celebrations and meaningful gatherings, the King’s Table is one of the most distinctive dining experiences in the restaurant. Designed for groups of up to 12 guests, this non-private setting places your party at a spacious farmhouse table immersed in the lively dining room atmosphere.

For expanded experiences, the nearby Wine & Oyster Bar can be utilized for additional guest space, buffet or hors d’oeuvres displays, or a dedicated event bartender.

The Captain's Quarters

Located on the second floor, the Captain’s Quarters offers a fully private, refined setting anchored by one of our largest farmhouse tables. Designed with contemporary nautical flair and equipped with complimentary audio-visual capabilities, this space is ideal for corporate dinners, intimate wedding receptions, and celebratory gatherings.

A half-glass wall overlooking the main entrance creates an open feel, while windows provide charming views of historic downtown Annapolis. The Captain’s Quarters accommodates up to 16 guests seated.

The Crow's Nest

Overlooking historic Annapolis and Spa Creek, the Crow’s Nest is our premier rooftop event destination. During warmer months, the covered deck features comfortable wicker lounge seating, high-top tables for groups, and intimate seating for smaller parties. In cooler seasons, guests enjoy our custom-built heated enclosed deck for a cozy yet elevated experience.

Perfect for weddings, graduations, birthdays, and corporate events, the Crow’s Nest accommodates up to 40 guests seated or 70 guests standing and has hosted countless unforgettable celebrations.

The Wine & Oyster Bar
